- Gain Professional Skills: Enhance your skills in areas like event planning, social media management, research, advocacy, and community outreach.
- Join a Diverse Community: Connect with individuals with disabilities, their families, advocates, and allies—building a network committed to true inclusion.
- Champion Change: Stand up for human rights and play an active role in breaking down systemic barriers, fostering a culture where diversity is celebrated.

How to Apply
Ready to break down barriers and foster a culture of inclusion? We can’t wait to hear from you!
1. Review the Volunteer Handbook
Download and read our comprehensive Volunteer Handbook, which outlines our values, policies, and expectations for all volunteers. This will give you a clear understanding of the commitment and our working culture.

Fill out our online volunteer application form. We’ll ask about your skills, interests, past experience (if any), and the type of role and time commitment you are seeking. Be sure to highlight any expertise in accessibility, such as fluency in sign language, experience with adaptive technologies, or knowledge of ADA/CRPD standards.
3. Virtual Orientation & Interview
If your application is a good match for our current needs, a team member will contact you to schedule a brief virtual interview to discuss potential roles and ensure a mutual fit. This will be followed by a general orientation session.
